Served as Middle School Liaison to the Head of School from 2015-2017, a principal-like position. Introduced Google Classroom to the Upper School and helped teachers set up Google Sites as well to enhance cohesiveness, communication with students and family, and help prepare the school for 21st century learning.
Served on a School improvement Team from 2016-2017 at the North Jakarta Intercultural School that met biweekly. Helped develop the mission statement and values of the school with ranking members of one of the most powerful realty corporations in Indonesia, Agung Podomoro Land.
Helped redesign structure of school and hire new staff that met the criteria of vision.
Organized and worked multiple Habitat For Humanity weekend field trips for my students and staff.
As Orientation Coordinator, I met new teaching families at the airport and welcomed them to life in Indonesia and helped them culturally acclimate to their new lives. This involved a city tour, and occasional help navigating currency and shopping situations.

Attended hundreds of cultural events, many at my schools, in each of my homes abroad, and along my many travels. Demonstrated deep respect and understanding while working with and instructing multiple cultural groups including Indonesians, Emiratis, Qataris, Sudanese, Koreans, Chinese, Saudi Arabian, Omani, Egyptians, Moroccans, Spanish, Irish, British, Indians, Australians, Japanese, Bhutanese, Sri Lankans, Paraguayans, Argentinians, Colombians, Brazilians and more over the course of seven years teaching internationally.
