Helped lead transdisciplinary and technology-based team workshops at the American School of Asuncion (ASA) and continue to push for more opportunities for staff collaboration on STEAM projects. Currently collaborating with Art and Science departments on a Sustainable Cities unit.

Helped shift the school from AERO Social Studies standards to C3 Social Studies standards to better align with the school’s mission statement of having students make the world a better place. As C3 has a taking civic action component that AERO does not, I wrote a letter to the Admin team outlining a long list of key reasons why we should shift our Social Studies program.
Served as teaching mentor to incoming teaching family from Ecuador helping them to acclimate to their new surroundings, helping take care of their dog during the quarantine, and helping orientate the new hire to the American School of Asuncion.
Created a weekly newsletter for the Middle School to send to families each week.
Shifted the school toward "No Zeroes" grading policy.
Led STUCO, Co-led STEAM Committee, Led Grade-Level Team, Led Community Article Discussion Group, Led Professional Development and Completed Principal Internship.
Served as Interim Dean of Students Grades 6-12 and a Substitute Principal for High School
